My name is Tanya Urbaniak.
I am a licensed rREALTOR® working in the areas of Greater Vancouver and Faser Valley. I provide my services in English, Russian and Polish. My first language is Russian and lots of my clients came to Canada from Russia or other contries of the former Soviet Uniton. That is the main reason why this site is in Rissian. For my Enlgish-speaking clients I have an English web-site www.tanyarealty.com.
I work not only with clients who sell and buy real estate as a place to leave, but with investors as well. I help my clients to find rental accomodation, too, and consult on rental-related matters as well. Commercial real estate is another line of my business.
For my clients' convenience I work from two offices located in Vancouver and Coqutilam.
In official canadian sources you can find me as Tanya Urbaniak, while full version of my name which my Russian-speaking clients prefer to use is Tatiana. When I arrived in Canada from Belarus in 2002 I decided, as many other immigrants, alter my name for a more common one in Canada.
In Belarus, I worked in interanational trade and tought Englis to a high school students. My marketing and teaching skills help me in my real estate career tremendously. I believe in knowledge and I enjoy helping my clients to understand all information needed while buying or selling real estate properties.
